How Building Project Solutions was born

Paul FitzHenry, the founder of BPS, has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. Starting his working career in 1975, Paul has been involved in a huge range of diverse projects. From residential houses and schools, to hospitals and other public buildings, Paul has brought his broad range of building and construction knowledge and project management skills to each project.

Over the past 10 years, Paul has worked as project manager with a significant construction company in the South West managing projects that have ranged from a small maintenance job to multi-million pound building assignments.

Traditionally building project management has been provided by an Architect, who is unlikely to have hands-on building experience, or a builder who has little project management experience. It is therefore, extremely rare to have someone who has extensive knowledge of both sides of the business.

Building Project Solutions was formed in August 2005.
