Pricing

BPS operates a very straight forward pricing structure so that there are no surprises; we work on a fee basis set on a percentage of the total project costs. All our costs are totally transparent and upfront.

We actively aim to build our costs into the project without impacting on the bottom line through effective project management. We aim to reduce your initial costs by making sure that potential budget increasing scenarios like ‘problems’ are pre empted and time managing all suppliers.

As part of our commitment to you and the project, we will produce a weekly report documenting the Planned Vs Actual progress for the week, the project as a whole as well as issues arising during the week.

As part of the budget control the report will also show:
• Build cost to date
• Variation costs and credits
• Spend in the reporting week
• Total cost to date

BPS will meet regularly to discuss these reports so that all parties are aware of the progress of the project.
